In a recent development, the Lagos State Police Command has apprehended three individuals with previous criminal records suspected of being linked to the murder of Sanni, an aide to Senator Olamilekan Yayi.
These apprehended individuals are believed to be associated with an overseas-funded armed robbery syndicate. Their primary aim was to target unsuspecting victims and steal their pre-owned vehicles, commonly referred to as “Tokunbo” cars.
During the press conference where the apprehended individuals were presented, Commissioner of Police for Lagos State, CP Idowu Owohunwa, disclosed the intricate details of how these alleged criminals executed their illicit activities.
